Is  there a relation between toxicity, gut health, nutritional deficiencies and allergies/intolerances?

Yes. They are all interlinked in very complex ways. For example, toxic build up often causes gut problems that lead to development of allergies, which often cause nutritional deficiencies. But the connections work in both directions!
